French fries are still one of the most popular snacks and can be found just about anywhere: from restaurants and cafes to snack bars and company canteens. A fries warming unit is just as indispensable as a fryer itself because warm and crispy fries should stay warm and crispy.

Easy to use

The fries warmer has an infrared heating element at the back that can be set using the thermostat to temperatures between 110 and 190°C. It's not only the temperature that keeps the fries warm, crispy and fresh, but the bottom of the warmer also contributes to this. It has a perforated surface so that any excess fat is collected in the drip tray underneath. That way, even the fries that are on the bottom stay fresh and tasty. The perforated bottom also has a slightly curved shape so that you can scoop out the fries more easily.

Robust construction

The choice of materials and smart design of the fries warmer ensures that it can withstand the intensive daily use in busy catering kitchens. This unit is made entirely from stainless steel, as is the bottom plate and the oil collection tray.

The smooth stainless steel, the seamlessly welded seams and the rounded corners all ensure that dirt cannot accumulate in any corners or on surfaces. This makes the warm really easy to clean. Thanks to four sturdy stainless steel legs, it always remains firmly in place. It is also possible to order a base with it. This is available in both an open model or in a model with a cupboard door underneath.
