Easy to operate

To keep an eye on the peeling process, you can look through the transparent top lid. On the inside of the peeling machine, the peeling wall is made from the durable material carborundum. The mechanical start and stop buttons make this machine very easy to operate. It also has a handy timer with a rotary knob. It's important to work safely in the catering industry, which is why there is a safety switch on the lid, as well as on the door in front. The peeling machine is equipped with a stainless steel tray and a filter to catch leftover scraps and water. If you put cut cubes in the peeler, they will come out in a rounded shape, like baby carrots.

This luxuriously finished potato peeler is easy to clean, thanks to the stainless steel parts. The peeling plate, housing, lid and pan are easy to remove and clean using a soft, damp cloth. The waste collector should also be emptied and cleaned after each use. The potato peeling machine stands on four rubber feet so that it remains securely in place during use.
