Mixing meat in this stainless steel meat mixer is very easy: simply open the lid and fill the reservoir with the desired amount of meat or fish. The reservoir has a capacity of 20 litres and is suitable for processing 13 to 16kg of meat or fish. After you have added your meat, you can add spices such as herbs, nuts or vegetables. To mix everything well, turn the handle until you have reached the right texture for your meat or filling. The meat mixer can turn in two directions. The tilting reservoir is very handy when you want to take the contents out and also offers a great advantage when cleaning. For a good grip on almost any surface, the meat mixer is equipped with four rubber feet.

Efficient appliance

The housing, mixing wings and lid are made from stainless steel and are very easy to clean. Make it even easier on yourself and put them in the dishwasher. It is important to clean the meat mixer thoroughly after every use. You are working with fresh products and meat and fish are prone to bacteria. Remove the parts from the appliance to clean the reservoir. Remove large food residue with a dry cloth. Then use a damp cloth, warm water and a little mild detergent to clean the reservoir thoroughly. After cleaning, dry everything well with a soft cloth and put the meat mixer back together again.
