The monobloc top, made from a single piece of stainless steel with rounded corners, makes cleaning fast and hygienic – perfect for continuous use in restaurants, hotels and catering environments.

Maximum burner output

With four gas burners each delivering 7.5kW, this model ensures fast heat-up and consistent performance during peak hours. The burners are chrome-plated for efficiency and supported by heavy-duty cast iron pan supports. The monobloc top is fully sealed and free from welded seams, making it easier to clean and more hygienic. Built-in Piezo ignition and pilot lights provide quick and safe start-up every time.

Fast and flexible electric oven

Beneath the burners is a 6.0kW electric oven with full GN 2/1 capacity. The oven supports three chrome rack levels for flexible tray or grid placement. It’s fully stainless steel inside and out, with a 40 mm thick oven door for excellent insulation. The oven supports top heat, bottom heat or a combination, making it ideal for baking, roasting or reheating.
