The tastiest meat and fish dishes can always be made on a hot griddle. With this grooved griddle in your cooking line, your dishes are prepared quickly and easily. It's set in a waterproof recess and is suitable for either LPG or natural gas. You can place it in your cooking line, or on a stainless steel base, which you can easily order through our webshop.

Made entirely from stainless steel

As you can expect from all professional appliances within our Cooking Range 700 cooking line, the quality never disappoints. This heavy-duty cooker is made entirely from stainless steel and is neatly finished with a chrome coating. The plate itself is made of 15mm steel and has a grill surface of 34,4 x 45,8cm. The wide splashguard prevents spills and slashes on the wall, and there is a handy removable stainless steel drip tray underneath to neatly contain up to 1,5 litres of oil so that you can continue to grill for a long time.

Quickly up to the right temperature

Because it can be very busy in any catering kitchen, it's good to know that you can get started quickly with this griddle. You can ignite it using the handy piezo ignition: simply push the rotary knob in and turn it directly to the desired temperature. The stainless steel burners can get up to 200°C in just ten minutes. You can still increase the temperature considerably further, up to 300°C.
