Indirect heating system

The lid of the cooking pot is double-layered and equipped with a counterweight mechanism so that you can easily open and close it. Thanks to the extra-insulating material from which the pan is made, heat loss and energy consumption are kept at a minimum. The pan is very user-friendly and has a practical manometer.

Works on three-phase current

This powerful boiling pan is made from stainless steel and is very easy to clean. Stainless steel is best cleaned with a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild detergent.
