For example, this material is almost indestructable and, thanks to its transparency, you can see through it on all sides so you know what the contents of the container are. In addition, it is an odourless and taste-free material that doesn't absorb these qualities from the food. The biggest advantage, however, lies in the ease of cleaning. Polycarbonate GN containers are dishwasher safe, dry quickly and can withstand temperatures from -40 up to 100°C. This GN container also has folded edges and rounded corners for extra support, making them safe and easy to use.
