The temperature needed also varies per food type, which is why this versatile fryer has an adjustable thermostat with which you can set temperatures between 50°C and 200°C. The orange indicator light lets you know when the oil is at the right temperature and the products can be placed in the fryer.

With innovative cold zone

This professional deep fryer has a removable lid to prevent oil from splashing during frying. The handles of the lid and basket are heat resistant for safe and pleasant working. Thanks to the rubber feet, the fryer remains firmly in place. The compact tabletop model is an asset in any kitchen as you can place it on any workspace or table. The cold zone at the bottom of the deep fryer ensures that the oil needs to be replaced less frequently. The heating element sits just above the bottom of the fryer so that the oil underneath doesn't get as hot. Any crumbs that fall to the bottom burn less quickly, which means the oil stays fresher for longer.

Quick and easy cleaning

Cleaning a deep fryer is never fun, but thanks to the stainless steel housing and parts, it'll be done in no time. The parts are removable and can be soaked in hot, soapy water. Then gently scrub down the basket, the fryer and the other accessories with soap and warm water. The housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth and then your frying basket is ready for the next use.
