Deep Fryer – 2 x 13L – 2 Baskets – with Drain Tap

When you fry food in this double fryer, customers won't have to wait for their order. As many as 2,2kg of fries can be fried in one go using both baskets. Or 1,1kg of fries in one fryer and another snack in the other. The built-in drain taps also make changing oil very user-friendly. Place a bowl under each drain tap and open the taps. Both deep fryers have a removable grid that prevents crumbs from clogging the drains and when all the oil has run into the containers, you can close the taps again and dispose of the old oil.

Precision thermostat for exact temperatures

To enable you to fry foods at exactly the right temperature, this professional fryer is equipped with individual thermostats on both fryers. This allows you to accurately set a temperature between 50°C and 200°C for each fryer. In addition, the orange indicator light shows when the oil is at the perfect temperature and ready for use. Frying in a deep fryer with a cold zone also means that frying oil stays good longer. The heating element sits just above the bottom of the pan so any oil between the element and the bottom of the fryer becomes less hot. As a result, crumbs that sink to the bottom burn less quickly so you don't need to change the oil as often. This deep fryer also has removable lids and heat-resistant handles.

Hygienic finish

This electric deep fryer is hygienically designed and finished with rounded corners. In combination with the stainless steel housing and parts, this makes cleaning exceptionally easy. All parts are removable and can be soaked in hot water to loosen the grease. After that, you can clean everything with a gentle brush and warm, soapy water.
