This professional cooking plate with a smooth-burning griddle is perfect for use in restaurants, cafes, company canteens, food trucks and other catering establishments. The griddle is designed to distribute heat evenly so that ingredients are cooked simultaneously. A stainless steel splash guard is fitted to the back and sides to prevent oil splashes.

For use in a cooking line

This catering griddle is equipped with a large outlet to make it easy to operate. With the user-friendly thermostat, you can set temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. To make the griddle work even more efficiently, the cooking zones work independently from each other. Thanks to the large 1 litre drip tray, this griddle is safe to use. The grill can be placed independently, within in a cooking line, or on a stainless steel trolley, which can be ordered separately.

Removable drip tray

Cleaning this professional griddle is very easy. The drip tray is removable and the housing is made from stainless steel. To clean, use a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Before you start cleaning, remove any coarse food residue with a scraper. Want to remove stubborn dirt? Heat the griddle to 70ºC and wipe the surface clean with a cloth. It is advisable, however, to wear gloves to avoid burning your fingers when cleaning.
